By using Yabaiti you agree to these simple terms. In short: we are a publishing and contact platform — the deal itself happens directly between you and the other party.
What Yabaiti is
Yabaiti is a free real-estate listings platform. We take no commission, we do not broker sales or rentals, and we provide no legal or real-estate advice. Contact, agreement and payment happen directly between the seeker and the listing owner.
Listings
Listings are of two kinds: those published directly by their owners, and Yabaiti archive listings (their source is shown on the page). Every new listing goes through an automatic check before publication, but Yabaiti does not guarantee the accuracy of the information or the availability of the property — always verify yourself before any payment.
It is forbidden to publish: non-real-estate content, offensive images, misleading information, or properties you have no right to offer. We remove any violating listing without notice.
Liability
The site is provided as is. Yabaiti is not liable for any loss arising from dealings between users. Our standing advice: never pay anything before seeing the property and checking the paperwork.
