Yabaiti connects property seekers directly with listing owners. We collect as little data as possible — all of it is described here.
What we collect
When you publish a listing: your WhatsApp number, name (optional), property description and photos. This information is shown to visitors — its whole purpose is direct contact with you.
When you send a message or set an alert: your phone number and the message you wrote.
When you use the site chat: the conversation text, used only to answer you and point you to matching listings.
Automatically: anonymous usage statistics (pages, clicks) to improve the site. We never sell your data to third parties.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our provider Supabase (secure cloud servers). Site-chat messages pass through Anthropic (our AI provider) solely to generate the reply.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your listing or any personal data at any time. Write to contact@yabaiti.com or via the site's WhatsApp and we will delete it within a few days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: remembering your language and which homepage version you saw. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
